Abstract:

The study focused on the communication media used by the Academic Heads in communication with their Program Chairs in Letran Calamba. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) identify the communication media used by the academic heads; 2) distinguish the uses of communication media; 3) determine the reasons for using the communication media; 4) describe the communication barriers; and 5) assess the effective communication media between and among the participants. Key Informant interview was used to gather data.
