Abstract:

The study focused on the altruistic behavior of the social workers in Muntinlupa City. It aimed to 1) determine the characteristics of the social workers; 2) identify the tasks of the social workers; 3) find out the level of the altruism of the social workers; and 4) propose a module for the social workers. Research methods used were the standardized test, in-depth interview, key informant interview, and review of documents
