Abstract:

The researchers created, designed, and developed a traffic status notification named iTraffic for Public Order and Safety Office (POSO). The system aimed to disseminate information on traffic status and provide alternate route and announcements. Using the Iterative Waterfall Model and other tools such as Eclipse, Java for Android Programming, and PHP, and MySQL for the system’s database, the study adopted the descriptive design to determine the solution to the problem. An interview with the POSO officers was conducted.
