Abstract:

This quantitative-qualitative study determined the general features needed for the development of text-to-speech (TTS) voices using the assessment of the teacher, historical data, the scores the students obtained from the listening test with TTS, and the checklist answered by the students after using the TTS. The study proposed TTS as an additional audio material for teaching listening and Philippine Literature to Grade 7 students of the Christian School International.
