Abstract:

The research determined the relevance of given names to the career personalities of students of San Cristobal National High School who possess the same names. Using descriptive research, the study used frequency distribution to find out the most common given names for both male and female. Results showed that the most common given name was John for boys and Maria for girls. After which, 20 respondents were randomly selected per name. In total, the respondents for both genders were 40. The respondents were then given a standardized personality test called Career Personality Questionnaire (CPQ).
