Abstract:

The research attempted to establish the relationship between retirement readiness and organizational commitment of employees of PCAARRD Los Baños. Through survey and personal interview, 34 respondents with age ranging from 50 to 65 years old with at least 5 years of service in the company were drawn from the population of 230 employees of Philippine Council of Agricultural, Aquatic, Resources Research and Development.
