Abstract:

SUSHIWA introduced a sushi waffle roll, filled with cream cheese and mango. From the product names sushi and waffle, SUSHIWA was a unique kind of waffle because it was cut like a sushi. It aimed to be known as one of the best sushi waffles in the area. Located in Bucal, Calamba City, the business targeted Letran college students. The demand for the product in the market was established through a survey. As part of the business marketing plan, the proponents used word of mouth and Facebook page which proved to be effective in increasing sales.
