Abstract:

The study developed a “LAN-based Document Management System for Community Environment and Natural Resources Office Region IV” to lessen the time in processing, searching, modifying, generating and retrieving all the documents from past years. The use of this system restricts user authorization.

In developing the system, the proponents used the Iterative Waterfall Model which enabled them to return to the previous phase whenever there were areas to be improved.
