Abstract:

Located in Bucal, Calamba City, Alchero Banana  Muffin Enterprise produced banana  muffins in two flavors, banana-mango and banana- pineapple and these muffins were marketed to the college students of Letran Calamba. The business aimed to be known in the food  industry as the best banana muffin producer that satisfies and nourishes its customers. In terms of quality and price, the product was feasible and profitable.
