Abstract:

Tafloja Delights Enterprise offered Banana-Coco Mandazi, an African bread made from banana and coconut flavors with mongo and cheese fillings and served as dessert or snacks. Tafloja Delights was the first store within the vicinity that introduced banana and coconut-based products in the market.
