Abstract:

Roll and Dip Enterprise located in Ipil-ipil Street, Bucal, Calamba, Laguna introduced flavored espasol made of glutinous-rice flour, sugar, coconut milk (gata), vanilla extract and salt, just like the traditional espasol but made different by the added fillings like vanilla, caramel, and chocolate and further coated with dark and white chocolate. The business had a total cost of Php19, 738.75, which included the equipment, fixture, rentals, and projected cost of supplies and raw materials enough to supplement a two-month working capital. The initial selling price of espasol was Php13.00 and it was assumed to increase 10% every year.
