Abstract:

The business, Chibies Pastries located at Brgy. Sta. Clara Norte, Pila, Laguna, produced brownies with chili flavor yet retains its sweet taste. Chili pepper has medicinal benefits which include ascorbic acid that fights infectious diseases and obesity and potassium that helps control heart rate and blood pressure. In the actual implementation of the business, the target market included the friends and friends of friends of the researchers who came from different places. The product catered to everyone interested to taste the product.
