Abstract:

“Krispi Potatoy,” which sounds funny and easy to remember, connotes crispy potato. It offers a 2’ x 3’ rectangular wrapped mashed potato, deep fried until golden brown, and served with a meaty and tasty taco sauce, sprinkled with chopped cabbage and cream cheese on top. Served on a foiled paper plate, it is a healthy meal, almost equivalent to a regular rice meal. Krispi Potatoy is a clean moving kiosk with modern design display, roaming along Grove, Los Baños, Laguna.
