EGGPLANT LASAGNA CUPCAKE

Abstract:

Eggplant Lasagna Cupcake was wrapped with molo wanton wrappers, layered with thinly sliced eggplants and tomato sauce that was sautéed in garlic and white onions. The finely chopped banana peelings and banana blossom were used as an alternative to meat, which were proven to be healthy and delicious. The lasagna was topped with béchamel white sauce and formed into a cupcake which was smaller than the usual serving of the lasagna. The business was located at Ipil- ipil St., Bucal, Calamba City which is accessible to the firm’s resources and target market who were high school students of Letran Calamba. At ffordable price, the product was promoted using direct marketing, in-store promotion, outdoor signage and tarpaulin, social media. The business satisfied the customers by rendering fast service and serving the product hot and fresh.
