NURSING CAREER DECISION OF SELECTED LETRANITE LEVEL – III STUDENTS: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY

Abstract:

This qualitative  study determined the lived-experiences of the selected Letranite Level – III students regarding their nursing career decision. It also aimed to determine: 1) the reasons that made them stay in the nursing program; 2) the means to cope up with their studies; and 3) their experiences as nursing students.
