BAMBOO ORGAN AS A TOURIST ATTRACTION IN LAS PIÑAS

Abstract:

Considered as a National Cultural Treasure, Bamboo Organ is a 19th century church organ with a unique sound and organ pipes almost made entirely of bamboo. Bamboo Organ can be found in St. Joseph Parish Church in Las Pinas City. As a tourist attraction, the researchers identified the actions taken to preserve and promote the Bamboo Organ and its  impacts on   the community. Tourists who visited Bamboo Organ museum, a vendor, and the Monsignor who is the head of the Bamboo Organ, Inc. were interviewed.
