Abstract:

The study focused on the inventory management of the buko pie establishments in Los Banos, Laguna. It specifically aimed to determine the profile of the buko pie establishments; to identify the problems encountered by buko pie establishments on inventory management; and to find out the effects of the coconut shortage to the buko pie industry. Three buko pie establishments participated in this case study, namely: Lety’s buko pie, Elvie’s and Shiela’s. Research methods included survey, key informant interview, and review of documents.
