Abstract:

This study focused on utilizing the coconut’s waste from the drilling process in the most efficient and economical way so that the company could reduce the amount of waste and maximize its use as another source of income. The researchers conducted library and online research, plant visits, and interviews to gather data. Three alternative solutions were proposed, namely: installation of tray dryer for the utilization of coconut by-product from the drilling process; installation of coconut oil expeller; production of coconut oil and animal feeds.
