SANITATION PRACTICES OF JERICO’S BAKESHOP IN GROVE, LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA

Abstract:

This study determined and analyzed the sanitation practices of Jerico’s Bakeshop   in   Grove,   Los Baños, Laguna. It investigated if the actual practices of the Bakeshop, in terms of store rooms/cabinets/compartments, preparation, display, and transport of bakery products, abide with the set standard of the Department of Health in bakery. The researchers conducted observation using checklist and held interview with the owner.
