Abstract:

The research explored the involvement of personnel and management of Microtel by Wyndham in BrigadaEskwela and its impact on the sustainable development of the people living in the communities around the said institution located at FPIP. Organizations today are experiencing increased pressure from their communities to act as good citizens while being profitable. Through document analysis of interview with the sales manager of the organization, this research assessed the impact of their BrigadaEskwela operations on various life aspects among locals in the community.
