Abstract:

Nowadays, people in the construction industry here in the Philippines and abroad can always attest to the rising prices of the construction commodities in the market, not to mention the equally increasing cost of labor. This economic scenario is indeed an offshoot of the worsening global crisis that both highly developed and developing countries are experiencing.
