Behavior-Based Organizational Climate and School Performance of Manila Archdiocesan Parochial School Association (MAPSA) Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila Educational System (RCAMES)

Abstract:

This study sought to determine the organizational climate and school performance of Manila Archdiocesan Parochial School Association (MAPSA) Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila Educational System (RCAMES).

 

The descriptive method of research design utilizing a survey questionnaire as major tool of data gathering was employed in this study. A group of 226 respondents was the main source of data for this study.

 

The findings show that majority of the schools had open, engaged organizational climate with a few of them having open, disengaged organization. All the computed values of Yates indicated no significant relationship between the organizational climate and the principals’ demographic profile. All the computed values of Yates indicated no significant relationship between the organizational climate and the school performance variables such as attrition rate, teachers’ teaching performance and teachers’ work values.
