Data from the survey indicated that under the demand of work in Company ABC, the employees’ performance evaluation was low. It means that the demand of work is what mostly caused the low performance of the employees in Company ABC. The company must create program and review their policies to lessen the causes of stress among employees in order to increase their productivity and job performance.
