Abstract:

This study determined the feasibility of establishing a child care development center in Vista Mall - Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The proposed business establishment will be named Kiddie Klubhouse. It will provide child care services, sensory developmental program for one year old infants, motor skill developmental program for two to three years old children, and early education for children ages four to five years old. To gather information needed for the market study of the proposed business project, the researchers interviewed professional personnel and surveyed 400 parents visiting Vista Mall - Sta. Rosa, Laguna who have children aged one to five years old through a 10-point questionnaire. The researchers found that Kiddie Klubhouse was feasible due to its continual increase of demand over the years. The researchers used several financial ratios and respective criterion to measure the feasibility of the project. With the positive results in the financial projections, the researchers concluded that Kiddie Klubhouse would be feasible and profitable. To increase the potential of the proposed project in the market, the researchers highly recommended to future researchers and aspiring entrepreneurs to enhance this project feasibility study because they strongly believed that Kiddie Klubhouse will not only be beneficial to the owners but also to the community of Sta. Rosa City.
