Abstract:

After Falls Hotel is an establishment where tourists can stay overnight or even longer and have the hotel experience in the heart of the town of Cavinti, Laguna. The proposed After Falls project will be in Brgy. Tibatib, 100m away from the entrance to Cavinti falls, and it is believed to offer the best site for this kind of business. The aim of the business is to provide employment to the residents of Cavinti. This partnership business will need an initial capital of Php16,230,000 for the building, furniture, raw materials, utilities, license and permit. The landowner, LGU and the researchers are the business owners and their capital contributions are as follows: 11,361,000, 3,246,000, and 1,623,000 respectively. The owners will divide the profits and losses according to their shares. The net income would increase from 1,423,329.60 in its first year of operation to 1,996,005.64 in its fifth year.
