Abstract:

A fitness gym is a facility where athletes and fitness enthusiasts go for their physical fitness activities to boost their health and improve themselves aesthetically, mentally and physically. The proposed one-stop-shop fitness center project would be at the national highway, Brgy. Halang, Calamba, Laguna. This area offers the best probability of business success since it is visible to possible clients and consumers. In establishing the business, some residents in the area could be given employment and the fitness trainers may professionally practice their skills. Partnership was deemed the best way to establish the business since it is quite large to operate and adaptive to tax advantages. For the initial operation of the project, it would need an initial capital of 10,000,000.00 for the building, furniture, equipment, utilities, item supplies, license and permit. The net income will increase from 2,284,799.47 in its first year of operation to 2,681,381.72 in its fifth year.
