A Project Feasibility Study on Establishing Big Bros Burger: A "Create Your Own Burger" Diner

Abstract:

Big Bros Burger Diner is a food establishment that offers a customizable quarter pounder burger, a specialty product allowing the customers to choose or select the toppings they want to put in their burger. The business will be established in Barangay Batong Malake, Los Baños, Laguna. Survey was conducted with 328 students who comprised the target market to measure the existing demand for the business and to determine if the target market will accept the concept of customizable quarter pounder burgers. Study on the different aspects of the project, namely, technical, organizational and management, financial, socio-economic, and environmental showed a favorable result for the business. The capital needed in establishing the project was determined and it has a payback period of 2.46 years.
