A Feasibility Study on Establishing a Pizza Bite Kiosk in Los Baños, Laguna

Abstract:

This study determined the feasibility of establishing a Pizza Bites Kiosk due to high demand for snacks. Pizza Bites are small stuffed pizza which are square in shape. The dough is cut into strips and filled with the ingredients. It looks like a stuffed crust; the ingredients are cut into small pieces to fit in the dough. The pizza can either be baked or fried depending on the customer’s choice. These products are sold in pieces to allow the customers to decide on how many Pizza Bites they want to consume. The business will be in the public market of Los Baños in a kiosk cart. This place was chosen because it is near other establishments which many people visit. Using random sampling, the researchers gathered data to identify the business’ market share. Under partnership, the business partners will share funds to raise the needed capital and likewise share in the profits to be earned. Several employees will be hired for the production and operation of the business. Financial analysis showed that the business will have a payback period of less than a year.
