A Project Feasibility Study on the Establishment of Bed and Breakfast at TANAW de Rizal Park at the Municipality of Rizal, Laguna

Abstract:

The proponents conducted a study on the operation of bed and breakfast at TANAW de Rizal on Tayak Hill to increase the number of backpackers having an overnight stay to experience the beautiful sunset and sunrise in a stress-free environment where people can breathe fresh air as well as enrich the capability of Rizal to be known as a spot for an adventure with family and friends. In the said operation, there will be a collection of specific amount to help the municipality maintain their standards. The proponents surveyed 400 respondents in TANAW de Rizal Park. Results showed the willingness of the respondents to have bed and breakfast at TANAW de Rizal Park. The proponents concluded that the proposed project will be a success. The park itself has many outstanding qualities that give advantages against competitors. The tourists in TANAW de Rizal deemed that the project is a breakthrough for adventurous people since it is nature friendly. So, it was concluded that the proposed project was feasible.
