A Project Feasibility Study on the Establishment of a Pet-Sitting Business in Solenad Ayala Malls

Abstract:

This study determined the feasibility of establishing a pet-sitting business, Barking Lot, in Solenad Ayala Mall, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The business will help dog owners struggling on where to leave their dogs whenever they are entering the mall building or restaurants by accommodating their pets in a comfortable and happy place while their owners are busy with their agenda. The proposed business would need a capital of ®1,495,072.45 which will be from the savings of the three owners. The payback period is 1.85 years. The proponents recommended business expansion for future growth since demand was increasing and the unsatisfied demand was still huge. Expanding the physical store will increase the capacity and will accommodate more customers. Adding more merchandise to better cater the needs of the customers was also recommended.
