Abstract:

With the help of the medical experts and corporations, the healthcare industry is one of the most important necessities in a community. There are things that need to be monitored well to avoid unmonitored sales. Inventory management is responsible for planning and control of the inventory. With the use of priority planning, the products and materials that are needed at a specific period would help to meet the customers’ demands. Also, the use of capacity planning could determine the volume needed in each period to execute the priority plans. The aim of this feasibility study was to provide optimal service in inventory management solutions. When encountering problems in inventory in the company, this service will enable the staff to determine the optimal inventory control strategy with mathematical models’ development with the help of IE consultancy using IE tools. Inventory Management Service will help the company in monitoring and optimizing its inventory system. This will also enable the company to control the inventory and organize the process. This system will be able to monitor the supply and demand that come and go. Indicated also in this study was the financial aspect of the business to determine the rate of return and other benefits of the employees in the company.
