Abstract:

Powerful teams build organizational success. The study reviews team’s influences on organizational success in health and safety workplace, talent management, and organizational culture. The study employed content analysis of existing literature as basis for analysis. Results showed that the three main concepts of the organization have a symbiotic relation with teamwork and employee performance.
