Abstract:

This quantitative study investigates the correlation between work-life and organizational commitment of Jollibee Davao – JTC Group of Companies’ employees. It surveyed 101 regular employees who have served at least two years at Jollibee Davao under the JTC Group of Companies. Majority of the respondents were single, had served the company for less than ten years and with a modal income within the Php10,001 15,000 range. Findings show that the work-life spillover sometimes affects them and the respondents neither agreed or disagreed with their organizational commitment. There is a significant correlation between the satisfaction of work-life balance programs and organizational commitment.
