Abstract:

I would like to share with you some of my thoughts as a colleague in this academic community of ours, an academic community of Christians. Note that I do not refer to ourselves as Catholics. In this age of ecumenism, sectarian loyalties become passé, although I am by no means saying we have ironed out our dogmatic difficulties with our separated brethren.
