Abstract:

The study focused on redesigning of evaporator assembly machine of Sanden Automative Air-conditioning Technology Philippines Inc. at Carmelray Industrial Park I, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. This study also included different mechanical components to produce movement.

The main design would use pneumatics and motor machines that can produce a movement with high frequency and accuracy. The implementation of alternative no. 1 was selected by the study as the best among the three alternative solutions because it provides the best measurement accuracy and requires little maintenance; thus, this alternative was proven to be the most appropriate design for the evaporator assembly machine in the production area of the company.
