Rafael Saldañia

Abstract:

In late 1997, De La Salle University (DLSU) and California State University-Hayward (CSUH) together with the Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (PETE) and the Pacific Basin Study Center (PBSC), established the Philippine Center for Sustainable Development and Environmental Technologies (PCSDET) at DLSU in Manila. Envisioned to be a broad-based international partnership between universities, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and the business/private sector, PCSDET received initial funding from the Council of State Governments/US-Asia Environmental Partnership (CSGIUSAEP) Environmental Initiative Program.
