Impact Assessment of Card Bank’s Lending Program in Alaminos, Laguna

Abstract:

To determine the impact assessment of CARD Bank to its borrowers in Alaminos, Laguna was the primary aim of the study. It employed the descriptive method of research and used a self-made questionnaire as instrument. Data were tabulated and processed using SPSS.

Results showed that there was a change in the level of living conditions in terms of source of income, types of house, number of appliances, expenditure in basic needs, and leisure.

It was recommended that the bank and its borrowers should comply with the requirements and that the government should be an instrument in achieving a higher number of micro-financing in the Philippines.
