The research focuses on the web crawler and the search engine specifically for videos which is frequently used by the IT students. Results reveal that it can crawl only on YouTube.com because it is a good source for video tutorials. Unlike the other video streaming sites, YouTube has the most relevant and popular video search results, so it is the primary source to be crawled by the proponent’s web crawler. It can be concluded that this endeavor is useful to IT students because it helps broaden their knowledge about identified topics in Software Engineering, Computer Networking, and Multimedia subjects.
