Edna C. Nagtalon is an Associate Professor in English and Professional Education courses. She obtained her Master of Arts in Reading at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is presently working on her dissertation for the degree Doctor of Education major in Educational Management at MMSU-GS. She is currently the Student Teaching Supervisor of the BEEd program of the MMSU-CTE. She is instrumental in the development of the website of the Municipality of Vintar, Vintar.com, and has written several articles in Bannawag, an Iluko Magazine.
