Jesusa N. Padilla holds degrees in Doctor of Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines and Master of Engineering major in Computer Engineering from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She was a Professorial Lecturer in the Graduate Schools of Engineering at PLM and TUP and also served as adviser and panel member of several theses and directed studies . She is currently the Research Director of the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila and had presented her research papers in both local and international fora. Before joining TIP, she was the Chair of the Computer Engineering Department of University of the East. She is a registered Electronics and Communications Engineer.
