The study aimed to determine the Stakeholders’ Insights at Kasiglahan Village Elementary School in Rodriguez, Rizal. The descriptive method with systematic description of survey checklist analysis was utilized to achieve the objective of the research. The respondents of the study were internal and external stakeholders from Public Elementary Schools determined using simple random sampling. To treat the gathered data on the Profile of Public Elementary Schools in terms of Enrolment, Performance Indicators, SBM Level, Faculty Size and Class Size, it was analyzed through systematic description and implications. For the stakeholders’ insights on Public Elementary Schools in terms of Human Resource, Management and Services, Physical Resources and Environment the questionnaire checklist was utilized then the average mean was computed to reveal the equivalent Verbal Interpretation. From the results of the data gathering relative to the Profile of the School in terms of Enrolment, Performance Indicators, SBM Level, Faculty Size and Class Size. They constantly showed improvement in the span of three years. On the Insights of Stakeholders, they strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the services the Kasiglahan Village Elementary Schools had rendered. Hence, their corresponding average means for both Internal and External Stakeholders were 4.61 and 4. 65 for Physical Resources; 4.50 and 4.53 for Management and Services; 4.53 and 4.37 for Physical Resources and Environment. With regard to the problems encountered and services offered the respondents highlighted only two problems namely; insufficient learning materials and untidy comfort rooms. The solutions offered were resourcefulness of concerned teachers and proper toilet training among learners. From the gathered findings, the following conclusions are drawn; Public Elementary Schools are progressive schools. Indeed, they maintain better performance by keeping themselves responsive to the needs of the time; Stakeholders have favorable insights on how Public Elementary Schools are being managed. Hence, they are cooperative in their operation; and Stakeholders have ready solutions to problems of Public Elementary Schools relative to their management.
