Abstract:

The study is about establishing a bookstore that will provide students, professionals and other common individuals books of different genres at lower prices.

 

Once the name of the business has been established in the industry and recognized by the consumers, the project aimed to acquire a permanent place for the business, expand the business by putting up branches in different places, and venture into buying and selling of secondhand books.

 

The study proved to be feasible, viable, and profitable because of the following assertions:

1. It was shown in the marketing aspect that there is a demand for new books and that the respondents are willing to buy books in the survey conducted.

2. The proposed business is financially viable for it results to desired net income based on financial analysis of the study.

3. All the new books that the business will sell are under consignment from different suppliers.
