The study aimed to improve the ventilation system of the Assembly Hall of PCP in Sta. Rosa, Laguna to provide its employees comfortable working condition. Findings revealed that PCP is committed in enhancing environmental quality and ensuring the health and safety of its employees and other involved parties in compliance with the ISO 14001. The study recommended that the Assembly Hall of PCP be provided with proper ventilation system. To do this, the company should improve the natural ventilation system by adding louvers and windows. Also, the company should install additional supply fans with the right capacity for better ventilation. This would result to carbon dioxide reduction leading to an effective and enhanced ventilation system.
