Abstract:

People generally come to work to do a good job. But it is not always the good company that every person aimed or dreamed of after graduation, but the position and the satisfaction that the company or job can offer. The position in the sense that, a person needs to be recognized for whatever contribution/s he has given as a measure of his worth to the company. Satisfaction, when a person’s contribution has been recognized in terms of talents, skills and attitude that helped towards the realization of the company’s vision, mission, and objectives as well as his own vision, mission, and goals in life.
