The study was conducted to determine the significant effects of demographic data, category of offenses, and factors contributing to incident report (IR) cases to BSN students of Letran Calamba, AY 2009- 2010 in their related learning experience (RLE). The study used descriptive comparative method of research and an Incident Report Form was used as a primary research tool. Results showed the comparison of each variable used in the study. It was found out that male nursing students had the highest percentage of committing IR cases as well as the Level IV students with the 10 pm to 6 am duty. Lastly, minor offenses and conduct in terms of offense and factors contributing to IR cases had the highest percentage.
