Abstract:

Change is a phenomenon that is happening more frequently and rapidly today. Changes occur in any individual, group, organization and society. When change happens in a business organization, whether in a gradual or rapid pace, the entrepreneur will have to anticipate its possible consequences so that appropriate courses of action can be taken. Business organizations are DOW situated in a fast changing technological, political, social, economic and cultural era in which planning has become requisite for its survival. Thus, planning becomes the most basic management function of an entrepreneur.
