INNOVATIVELY MADE PANCAKE WITH KALABASA FILLING

Abstract:

This proposed sole proprietorship business was engaged with producing and selling pancake with kalabasa (squash) yema filling as nutritious food for Letran Calamba college students. The proponents/owners named their business SECATLE
Food Stall to be located at Bucal, Calamba, Laguna. The total initial investment for the business was Php 20,000, obtained through the equal contribution of the owners. It was used for the acquisition of raw materials, equipment, tools, supplies, registration, advertisements, and the acquisition of the stall. Survey results show that there was adequate demand for the product in the market.
