Abstract:

The researchers developed a web-based workforce career management system for IIPESO Calamba, Laguna to help the IIPESO prioritize the citizens of Calamba during their hosted job fairs. It also aimed to identify if the applicants in job fairs were legitimate citizens of Calamba and to determine the jobs suitable to the applicants’ credentials.
