Abstract:

The study aimed to develop Portal for Business License Renewal and Registration for Department of Trade & Industry - CALABARZON. With the current manual process at DTI – CALABARZON, they lost track of the documents of their applicants since forms are all manually filled out and recorded in a folder. At the same time, the applicants also experience difficulty tracking when to visit the main office for renewal and payment purposes, resulting to the client’s waste of time going back and forth to the main office.
