Abstract:

The study focused on cyberspace communication happening within the community of Mozilla Firefox Philippines, as well as the communication flow happening within cyberspace communication. The ReMos are the team of volunteers that come from different parts of the Philippines to aid Mozilla Firefox Philippines to the betterment of the open source company. What made the ReMos so intriguing is its ability to efficiently communicate even if they lack sufficient interpersonal communication within the organization. For this, the researchers determined what made them effective as a team using cyberspace communication as their major source of communication. By looking into the events and the events planning of ReMos, the researchers analyzed how ReMos communicate in action. Main data in this study came from ReMos and from related literature.
